When you try to launch the software, right-click on the Icon and select Troubleshoot compatibility. Thereafter follow the onscreen instruction to complete this action. Once done, try to check the issue and see if it still occurs. Alternatively, if you have an installation setup file for that software, then you can try installing it in Compatibility mode.
